Food contact documentation
Declarations of Compliance and technical data sheets aligned with EU Regulation 1935/2004 (and EU 10/2011 for plastic components where relevant), plus equivalent frameworks for the UK, Oceania and the Middle East. Scope varies by SKU.
PFAS-free / fluorine test availability
PFAS-free bagasse formulations are available for buyers in regulated markets. We can share third-party fluorine screening and no-intentionally-added-PFAS declarations, confirmed per SKU and production facility.
Compostability documentation
Bagasse is a plant-fibre by-product designed to break down in industrial composting facilities where infrastructure exists. Test reports and material claims are available on request — home-compostability claims are not made unless separately verified.
FSC / ISO / BRC / BSCI
Selected production facilities operate under FSC chain-of-custody, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, BRC packaging and BSCI social audit schemes. Certificate scopes and validity dates are shared per SKU and factory under NDA where appropriate.
Independent test reports
Overall migration, heavy metals, sensory and fluorine screening reports can be requested for specific SKUs. Reports are issued by recognised third-party laboratories.
Destination-market alignment
Documentation packs are built around the importing country's food-contact regime — EU member states, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Middle East and Oceania.
Certification scopes, validity dates and test-report references are shared with serious buyers per SKU. Nothing on this page implies that every certificate applies to every product.

A PFAS-free formulation is available across the bagasse range. PFAS status must be confirmed per SKU and factory at quotation stage — fluorine screening and no-intentionally-added-PFAS declarations can be provided on request.

How current are the test reports and certificates?+
Test reports and audit certificates are refreshed on defined cycles. We share the latest available version with each quotation and can re-issue documentation if a report expires before your production window.
